Ingredients:

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and
vanilla and whisk until incorporated. Add our, baking powder, and salt and
stir until just combined, then stir in milk. Stir in chocolate chips.

Heat Wafe Bite Maker and grease with cooking spray. Add about 1 tbsp.
of batter to each wafe mold and cook until golden, 4 minutes.

Serve topped with ice cream and melted chocolate.

In a large bowl, mix together cauliower, cheeses, eggs, cornstarch and paprika until
combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Scoop 1 tbsp. of batter into each mini wafe mold, and cook for 5 minutes.
