Ingredients:

In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and
vanilla and whisk until incorporated. Add our, baking powder, and salt and
stir until just combined, then stir in milk. Stir in chocolate chips.

Heat Wafe Bite Maker and grease with cooking spray. Add about 1 tbsp.
of batter to each wafe mold and cook until golden, 4 minutes.

Serve topped with ice cream and melted chocolate.

In a large bowl, mix together cauliower, cheeses, eggs, cornstarch and paprika until
combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Scoop 1 tbsp. of batter into each mini wafe mold, and cook for 5 minutes.
