Using SuperCool and DynaCool
41
DynaCool
When the DynaCool function is not
switched on, the natural circulation of
air in the appliance will cause different
temperature zones in the fridge, as the
cold, heavy air will sink to the lowest
section of the appliance. Make use of
the different temperature zones when
placing food in the refrigerator (see
"Storing food in the refrigerator
section").
However, if you are storing a large
amount of similar food in the
refrigerator at any one time, e.g. after
your weekly shop, it is a good idea to
switch on DynaCool. This way you can
distribute the temperature on all the
adjustable shelves inside the
appliance more evenly so that all the
food in the refrigerator section will be
chilled to about the same degree.
The temperature can be set as usual
with the temperature control.
Also switch on the DynaCool
function when:
- the ambient temperature is high
(above approx. 35°C)
- the humidity levels are high (e.g. in
the summer)
The fan will always switch on
automatically when the compressor
switches on.
Useful tip: As the energy consumption
increases when DynaCool is
switched on, you should switch the
DynaCool function off again under
normal conditions.
To save energy, the fan switches off
automatically when the door is open.
