ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the Strainer on the Stand (FIGURE 1),
the Handle will sit into the notch in the Stand.
2. Place a bowl under the Strainer. FIGURE 1
3. Place the pointy end of the Pestle straight
down into the Strainer until it hits the bottom.

4. Place the food to be processed into the
Strainer (FIGURE 3). Be sure to only ll the
Strainer half way.
5. Hold the Handle of the Strainer with one
hand. Hold the round portion of the Pestle with
the other hand and roll the Pestle around the rim
of the Strainer. FIGURE 4
6. The mashed food will fall through the
perforations and into the bowl (FIGURE 5).
It may be necessary to scrape food off of the
outside of the Strainer into the bowl using a
rubber spatula.
7. Discard any skin, seeds or ber left in the
Strainer after mashing is complete.
8. It is best to clean the Strainer immediately
after use to prevent food from drying in the holes
of the Strainer.

PRIOR TO USING: It is best to pre-soften
some foods prior to use. If the food is rm like
potatoes, apples or pears, remember to soften
them by steaming or baking to tenderness before
using them in the Strainer.

It is best to clean the Strainer immediately after use to prevent food from
drying in the holes of the Strainer.

To clean, from the outside of
the Strainer, ush away the
particles with a strong stream
of warm water (FIGURE 3). A
ne bristle brush with warm,
dish-soap water should be used
to gently remove any remaining
residue, starting on the inside
of the Strainer then moving to
the outside areas. Flush the
Strainer with warm, clean water
and dry immediately.

Gently clean the Stand and
Pestle with warm, dish-soap
water and a soft cloth. Rinse
with warm, clean water and dry
immediately.

Store the Strainer, Stand and Pestle in the box in a clean, dry area to
prevent damage to the product.

The Strainer is dishwasher safe.

purchase. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of
any other warranty or condition. This product is warranted to be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date

transferrable. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required
to make a warranty claim.
We exclude all claims for special, incidental and consequential damages
caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to
the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any
statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or tness for a particular
purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case
such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights. You may have other legal rights

damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
Before returning the product for any repair or service: it must be clean and free
from any food particles or other debris; otherwise, we will return it or impose a
$50 cleaning surcharge, at our option.

Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). We will refuse all returns

prior authorization. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping

1. Coloque el Colador en el soporte (FIGURA 1),
el mango se asentará en la muesca del soporte.
2. Coloque un recipiente debajo del Colador.

3. Coloque el extremo puntiagudo de la Maja
hacia abajo en el Colador hasta que llegue al
fondo. FIGURA 2
4. Coloque el alimento que se procesará en el
Colador (FIGURA 3). Asegúrese sólo de llenar
el Colador hasta la mitad.
5. Sostenga el mango del Colador con una
mano. Sostenga la parte redonda de la maja
con la otra mano y gire la maja alrededor del
borde del Colador. FIGURA 4
6. El alimento triturado pasará por las
perforaciones y caerá en el recipiente (FIGURA 5).
Podría ser necesario raspar el alimento de la parte
exterior del Colador con una espátula de goma
para depositarlo en el recipiente.
7. Deseche todas las cáscaras, semillas o
bras que quedan en el Colador después de
completar la trituración.
8. Es mejor limpiar el Colador inmediatamente
después de utilizarlo para evitar que los
alimentos se sequen en los oricios del Colador.

Como alternativa, el Colador

1. Placer le tamis sur le support (FIGURE 1). Le
manche sera posé dans l’encoche du support.
2. Placer un bol sous le tamis. FIGURE 1
3. Placer l’extrémité pointue du pilon droit dans le
tamis jusqu’à ce qu’elle touche le fond. FIGURE 2
4. Placer les aliments à mettre en purée dans le
tamis (FIGURE 3). S’assurer de remplir le tamis
à moitié.
5. Tenir le manche du tamis d’une seule main.
Tenir la partie ronde du pilon avec l’autre main et
faire rouler le pilon autour de la paroi du tamis.

6. Les aliments en purée tomberont par les
perforations dans le bol (FIGURE 5). Il peut être
nécessaire de gratter les aliments à l’extérieur du
tamis dans le bol avec une spatule en caoutchouc.
7. Jeter la pelure, les graines ou les bres restées
dans le tamis une fois que la purée est passée.
8. Il est préférable de nettoyer le tamis tout de
suite après l’utilisation pour empêcher les aliments
de sécher dans les trous du tamis.
