Time + and – Buttons
Adjust cooking time in
1-minute increments,
or when cooking with
probe, adjust target
internal temperature in
5˚F increments. (Press
and hold for 5 seconds to
mute sounds on unit.)
Temperature
+ and – Buttons
Adjust unit cooking
temperature in 5˚F
increments. Press
and hold both for
5 seconds to switch
to Celsius.
Preheat Light
Illuminates in
red during the
unit’s automatic
preheating.
Preheating
occurs for all
cooking cycles,
but the time
may vary.
Internal/
Target Lights
In Probe Cook
mode, time
display becomes
a temperature
display and
toggles between
current internal
temperature
and target
temperature.
Time Display
Counts down
cooking time
in minutes, or
when probe
cooking, displays
current internal
temperature.
Probe
Cook Button
Sets unit to cook to
a desired internal
temperature of the
food, rather than
for a set amount of
time. Can be used
with any of the ve
cooking functions.
