DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Disconnect plug from power source. Loosen
the depth adjustment lever located between
the guard and handle of saw. Hold the foot
down with one hand and raise or lower saw by
the handle. Check desired depth and tighten
lever (Fig. 1).
Not more than one tooth length of the blade
should extend below the material to be cut, for
minimum splintering (Fig. 6). Do not cut
materials thinner than 2.5".

MOUNTING ADJUSTABLE AUXILIARY HANDLE
Disconnect plug from power source. Place the adjustable auxiliary handle onto the threaded
hole on the upper guard (Fig. 5). Screw clockwise until handle is tightly in place.

nner washer has two sides (Fig. 4).
Washer on one side has arbor size marked
1" (25.4 mm). Other side of the washer has
arbor size marked as 25.0 mm. Check the
hole size of the blade and use the proper
size of the washer. Mounting a blade with
1" (25.4mm) arbor to the 25.0 mm side of the
washer can cause dangerous vibrations.
