Wiring Safety for UK Use Only
IMPORTANT
As the colours in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the
coloured markings identifying the terminals in
your plug, please proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains lead are labelled in
accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L] Green/
Yellow [EARTH]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable).
The wire labelled blue is the neutral and must
be connected to the terminal marked [N].
The wire labelled brown is the live wire and
must be connected to the terminal marked [L].
The wire labelled green/yellow must be
connected to the terminal marked with the
letter [E].
On no account must either the brown or the
blue wire be connected to the [EARTH] terminal.
Always ensure that the cord grip is fastened
correctly.
The plug must be fitted with a fuse of the same
rating already fitted and conforming to BS 1362
and be ASTA approved.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician who
will be pleased to do this for you.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug.
If your appliance is supplied with a non-
rewireable plug fitted to the mains lead and
should the fuse need replacing, you must use
an ASTA approved one (conforming to BS 1362
of the same rating).
If in doubt, consult a qualified electrician who
will be pleased to do this for you.
If you need to remove the plug - disconnect it
from the mains - then cut it off of the mains
lead and immediately dispose of it in a safe
manner. Never attempt to reuse the plug or
insert it into a socket outlet as there is a danger
of an electric shock.

Before First Use:
Read all instructions and safety information carefully before first use. Please retain this information
for future reference.
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.
2. Check all components are present.
3. Clean the appliance according to the ‘CLEANING & CARE’ section, then reassemble it.
4. The appliance is now ready for normal use.
5. Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.
Using Your Appliance:
Milk Capacity
Always follow the maximum/ minimum markings inside the jug according to the function required:
Frothing milk 150ml MAXIMUM milk capacity
(Applies to both thick and thin froth and hot and cold milk)
75ml MINIMUM milk capacity
Warming milk 300ml MAXIMUM milk capacity
75ml MINIMUM milk capacity
Operation:
1. Remove the jug cover and insert the frothing paddle onto the shaft on the bottom of the jug.
2. Fill the jug with the required amount of milk (and in accordance with the milk capacity
instructions above) and replace the cover.
Note: Use whole milk (within a temperature range of 5-10ºC for warming milk)
3. Connect the plug into a power outlet.
4. Press the Function button as required and the corresponding LED indicator will illuminate:
ONCE
Warm milk with a thick froth
TWICE
Warm milk with a thin froth
THREE TIMES
Warm milk without froth
FOUR TIMES
Cold milk with froth

5. Press the ON/OFF button once. The appliance will start to work. If frothing, the frothing paddle
will rotate. If warming, the heating element will activate.
Note: Press the ON/OFF button while the unit is in use to stop operation.
6. Once the temperature of milk has achieved the setting value, the appliance will stop working.
7. When the appliance has stopped working, remove the jug cover and pour out the milk.
CAUTION: A minimum of 3 minutes rest time must be maintained between two continuous cycles.
The appliance will enter self-protection mode automatically after operating for 5 cycles continuously.
The working indicator will flash and the switch button will not be activated. After approximately 5
minutes the appliance will enter standby mode and operation of the appliance can continue.
Note: Between two continuous uses, clean the jug as instructed in the “CLEANING & CARE” section.
8. Turn off the appliance and disconnect the power supply when not use.
Cleaning & Care:
Clean and maintain the appliance after each use.
CAUTION! Always unplug the unit and let it cool down completely before cleaning. To protect
against electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plug , base unit or jug in water or any other liquid.
CAUTION! No parts of this product are dishwasher safe.
1. DO NOT clean with abrasives, alcohol or solvent cleaners.
2. Wash the jug cover and paddle in mild, soapy warm water and rinse.
3. Wash the inside of the jug with mild soapy, warm water and then wipe clean with a soft damp
cloth. DO NOT immerse the jug in water.
4. Wipe the external surfaces of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
5. Dry all parts thoroughly.
6. Replace all parts before attempting to use the appliance again.
Storage:
Ensure the appliance is clean and dry and stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
