Important Safety Instructions
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE.
• This appliance is not to be used by children. Keep this
appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children.
• Appliances may be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience
and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have
been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and
understand the potential hazards.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried
out by children.
• If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced in
aprofessional service centre in order to prevent
adangerous situation. It is forbidden to use the appliance
with the power cord damaged.
WARNING: Incorrect use may lead to injury. Pay
attention when handling the whisking attachments,
especially when removing them from the container,
emptying the container and during cleaning.

• Clean the milk jug and whisking attachment according
to the instructions in the “Cleaning andMaintenance”
chapter.
• Before replacing the accessories or accessible movable
parts, please turn the appliance off and disconnect it from
the power supply.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply
when leaving it unattended and before assembly,
disassembly or cleaning.
• This appliance is designed for household use only. The
appliance is also designed for personal non-commercial
use in areas that include, but are not limited to the
following:
– staff kitchens in stores, offices and other workplaces;
– agricultural farms;
– hotel or motel rooms andother living areas;
– bed and breakfast establishments.
• The appliance must not be immersed in water during
cleaning.
WARNING:
Incorrect use may lead to injury.
The surface of the heating element contains residual
heat after use. Before replacing the accessories or
getting closer to the moving parts, please turn the
appliance off and disconnect it from the power supply.
• This appliance is designed for milk whipping andheating. Do not use it for purposes other than those for which it was designed. Do not use it in an
industrial environment or outdoors.
• Before connecting the appliance to power, make sure that its power ratings match those of the wall socket.
• Always connect the appliance to aproperly grounded socket.
• The power cord length is adjusted to avoid being tripped over or get tangled.
• Do not leave the power cord hanging over the edge of atable or awork bench. Make sure that the power cord is routed so that it cannot be pulled or
get tangled.
• Prevent the power cord from touching hot surfaces or being placed on or near gas burners, electric hotplates or ovens.

• Do not put the appliance on or the vicinity of any devices and equipment that generate heat or near naked flame.
• Always turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the power socket if you leave it unattended, before folding or unfolding, if you plan not to use it
or before moving or cleaning.
• To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not submerge or expose the motor base, plug or power cord to water or any other liquid.
• Do not touch hot surface. There is arisk of burns.
• Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or is damaged in any way. If the appliance is damaged, please contact an authorised service centre.
• To unplug the appliance from the power socket, pull the plug, not the power cord. Otherwise, damage to the power cord or the socket could occur.
• Use only accessories supplied with the appliance or recommended by the manufacturer. Using accessories other than those supplied or
recommended results in the risk of injury, fire or electric shock.
• When filling the jug with milk, always observe minimum and maximum level marks. Be careful when handling hot content of the jug. Never operate
the appliance without the liquid in thejug.
• Do not move or handle the appliance by griping the power cord.
• Always put the appliance on astable, flat and dry surface. Do not place the appliance on hot surfaces.
• After each use, make sure to turn the appliance off with the On / Off button.
• To avoid the danger of injury by electrical shock, do not repair or modify the appliance yourself. Have all repairs or adjustments performed at an
authorised service centre. By tampering with the appliance, you expose yourself to the risk of losing your legal rights regarding faulty performance
or warranty for quality.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Before first use, remove the appliance and its accessories form the
packaging and remove all promotional labels and tags. Check that
neither the appliance nor any of its components is damaged.
• Clean the jug, lid and attachments in warm water with asmall amount
of washing-up liquid. Rinse in clean water and wipe dry thoroughly.
• Wipe the base with aclean sponge slightly moistened in warm water.
Then wipe dry with aclean cloth.
• Before storing the frother, make sure that all parts are clean and dry.
Warning:
When cleaning, do not submerge the base in water or
any other liquid.
Operating modes
• The milk frother has four basic operating modes. Ineach mode,
you can prepare milk heated and whipped in different ways using
various attachments. Choose the operating mode that best suits your
preferences.

Warning:
Do not use the milk frother without the attachment
in place. Otherwise, arisk of milk damage
anddeterioration might occur.
Using the frother
• Place the milk frother on aflat, firm and stable surface well away from
the mains socket.
• Remove the lid from the jug.
• Fit the selected attachment onto the centre connector in the jug.
• Pour the milk in the jug. Always observe the maximum and minimum
level line according to the attachment in use.
• Attach the lid. Check that the lid is properly attached on the jug.
• Put the jug on the base and insert the mains cord plug in awall socket.
• Press the selected mode button to start the frother.
• When the milk has been heated, the frother will stop automatically.

• Unplug the power cord from the wall socket, remove the jug from the
base andprepare your favourite drink.
Note:
If you want richly whipped milk withcreamy froth, we
recommend using cooled whole milk. You can also rinse
the jug with cold water and wipe properly or put in the
refrigerator before use.
Auto Shut-Off
• The milk frother will automatically turn off after about 2 minutes of
inactivity.
Overheating protection
• The milk frother is equipped with asafety thermal fuse to protect from
damage if the frother should overheat. In such situation, the fuse blows
out and the operation of the frother stops. In such case, unplug the
power cord from the mains socket and allow the frother to cool down.
Then insert the plug of the power cord back into the socket andyou
will be able to use the frother again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, unplug the power cord from the mains socket and
allow the appliance to cool down.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, solvents, or any substances to
clean any parts of the appliance that could damage the surface of the
appliance. None of the components of this appliance are dishwasher
safe.
Warning:
To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not submerge
the appliance, plug or power cord in water or any
other liquid.
• It is recommended to rinse the jug, lid andused attachment
immediately after use. Then, wash the all the parts in warm water with
asmall amount of washing-up liquid. Rinse in clean water and wipe
dry thoroughly.
• Wipe the base with aclean sponge slightly moistened in warm water.
Then wipe dry with aclean cloth.
Storage
• If the appliance will not be used for an extended period, unplug it
from the power socket, let it cool down, and clean it following the
instructions provided above.
• Before storing, ensure that the appliance and all accessories are
thoroughly clean and dry.
• Store the appliance in adry, clean, and well-ventilated place away
from extreme temperatures and out of the reach of children or pets.
