7. To tilt a shelf place the back of the
shelf one level below the front of
the shelf. To remove a tilted shelf,
first release the back off the grooves
and then pull it.
8. Keep the food packed, wrapped
or covered. Allow hot food and
beverages to cool before placing
them in the fridge. Do not store
explosive substances in the
refrigerator. High proof alcohol
must be stored upright in sealed
containers. Left over canned food
should not be stored in the can.

suffer damage if kept at
temperatures near 0 degrees
centigrade. Therefore wrap
pineapples, melon, cucumbers,
tomatoes and similar produce in
polythene bags.

grippers are all removable.
12. Always wrap food using a
suitable packaging material before
storing in your appliance to avoid
contact with the appliance surface
and food remains for hygiene

Temperature Control And
Adjustment
Operatng temperatures are
controlled by the thermostat
(seedagram). Settngs may be
made from 1 to 5, the coldest
poston.
When the applance s
swtched on for the frst
tme, the thermostat should
be adjusted so that after 24
hours, theaverage frdge
temperature s no hgher than
+5°C (+41°F).
We recommend you set the
thermostat halfway between
the 1 and 5 settng and
montor to obtan the desred
temperature . e. towards 5
you wll obtan a colder frdge
temperature and vce versa.
Some sectons of the frdge
may be cooler or warmer (
such as the salad crsper and the top
part of the cabnet ) whch s qute
normal.Over ambent temperatures
of 25°C (77°F) especally n summer
turn the thermostat knob towards 5.
Under ambent temperatures of 25°C
(77°F) turn the thermostat knob to a
half way poston.
Frequent door openng cause hgher
nternal temperatures, so close the
door as soon as possble after use.
In case of a temporary ce buld up n
the frdge compartment reduce the
thermostat settng to 1, montorng
at the same tme that the frdge
temperature s maxmum +5 degrees
C (41 degrees F). Once the ce buld up
dsappears and the applance starts
auto defrostng agan as normal, then
you may ncrease the thermostat
settng, f requred.
