Magnetic Jewelry Polishing Tumbler
Model: KT-100.
There is a acrylic bowl on the machine.
The magnetic tumbler has an automatic polishing process that almost
eliminates the bombing of cyanide, which needs to be stripped and pulsate.
The tumbler is driven by a powerful rotating magnet in the finishing bowl base.
The whole precise polishing process is completed in 30 minutes, just putting
your jewelry, steel pin, water, and special polishing compounds in the bowl, and
then pressing "on".
The polishing process is specially designed for polished complex details, tiny
cracks, and multiple settings, but uneven surfaces.
Magnetic tumbler can be used to deal with the integrity of some stones, such as
cubic zirconia (CZ), ruby, sapphire and diamond.
Time control is 10 - 60 minutes.
There are two directions: forward direction & reverse direction.
There are 4 speed gears: 1.1000 rpm, 2.1500 rpm, 3.2000 rpm, 4.2500 rpm

Operation steps:
1, Pour the water to 1 / 4 of the bowl, then put 100g steel pins and 100g-200g
jewelry, and add about 10g polishing liquid.
2, Press the middle button to open tumbler.
Note: tumbler has two directions.
Push the button to below, it is rotating in two directions. It rotates in one direction
for about 15 minutes, and then automatically rotates to the opposite direction for
15 minutes. We suggest a two-way rotation, which is more efficient.
After selecting the direction you want, press the button in the center, then tumbler
started to work.
You can choose a specific time by turning the time control button.
Tumbler has self-protection function. When it works for a long time, it will stop and
rest. When the motor is cooled down, it will continue to work.
