If you hear a "ticking" sound from inside the refrigerator, this is normal.
It occurs because various pads contract or expand in response to temperalure changes
in the refrigeraior interior.
If it sounds as if something is hitting something else inside the refrigerator, this is
normal. The sound is caused by the compressor operating at high capacity.
Some heat is normal as anti-condensators are instalbd in the vertical hinged section of
the refrigerator to prevent condensation.
