Arranging Warm & Serve Drawer Rack Positions
The rack can be used in 2 ways:
o Hnthe upright position to aHHowHowprofile food items to be pHacedboth under and on top
of the rack (for exam@e, roHHsor biscuits on top of the rack and a casseroHe dish
Hnthe downward position to aHHowyou to @ace Hightweight food items and empty
dishware (for exam@e, roHHsor pastries and dinner pHates)on the rack,
Set the Warm & Serve Drawer Rack in either position as shown bellow (Figure 1),
Operating the Warm & Serve Drawer
The purpose of the Warm & Serve DraweNs to keep hot cooked foods at serving tempe ratu re,
AHways start with hot food, Htis not recommended to heat coHdfood in the Warm & Serve
Drawer, AHHfood pHacedin the Warm & Serve Drawer shouHdbe covered with a HidoraHuminum
foiHto maintain quaHity,Do not use p[astic wrap to cover food. Plastic may met onto the
drawer and be very difficu[t to cIean. Use onHyutensiHs and cookware recommended for
oven use in the Warm & Serve Drawer,
AHwaysuse pothoHders or oven mitts when removing food from the Warm &
Serve Drawer as cookware and pHateswiHHbe hot and you can be burned,
