7. Reset the robot：Press and hold the reset button at the bottom for
over 5 seconds. Please do not shut down during the reset process.
Please note:
Restoring factory settings or unbinding the robot will not delete the
contents of the SD card. It is recommended that you back up the
contents of the SD card and empty the SD card.
