DOS flow rate
A flow rate of 60ml/min is set as
standard. The flow rate can be modified
between 10 and 150ml/min in
increments of 5ml/min.
Set the dosage according to the
cleaning agent manufacturer's
recommendations.
Choose the required detergent or
flow rate quantities and confirm your
selection with the OK button.
Venting the dispensing system
The DOS system will not dispense
reliably if there is air in the system.
The DOS system must be vented:
- when the DOS system is being used
for the first time,
- if the liquid detergent reservoir was
not refilled in time and the DOS
system was emptied,
- if the detergent container was
replaced.
To ensure that the dispensing
system functions properly, prior to
venting make sure that the detergent
container is full enough and that the
dispensing lances are firmly attached
to the containers.
Select Start venting and confirm your
entry with the OK sensor.
The venting process will begin.
Start the "Cold pre-wash"
programme directly after venting in
order to dilute and drain any cleaning
agent that has escaped into the wash
cabinet.
Temperature unit
The temperature can be shown in the
display in degrees Celsius or degrees
Fahrenheit.
Select the setting you want and
confirm your choice with the
OKbutton.
High temperature final rinse
For better drying, the rinse temperature
can be increased for individual
programmes. This function is not
available for all programmes (see
“Programme chart”).
