Installing under a continuous
worktop
Risk of electric shock due to
exposed cables.
There is a risk of coming into contact
with live parts while the lid is
removed.
The fitting of cover plates and
stacking kits must only be undertaken
by qualified and competent persons,
in accordance with the instructions
supplied with the kit.
- A special building under conversion
kit* is required. The machine lid must
be replaced by a cover plate. To
ensure electrical safety, the cover
plate must be fitted.*
- N.B.*
If you wish to push your machine
under a worktop and there is space
to do this without removing the lid,
the conversion kit is not necessary.
Otherwise the conversion kit is
essential.
- Connections for electricity, water and
drainage should be installed in such a
way that they remain accessible
when the machine is in place.
Fitting instructions are supplied with the
conversion kit.
Plinth
The washing machine can be installed
on a plinth with drawer (please note the
plinth may not be available in all
countries).
The plinth must be purchased as a pair
and secured to the second plinth
supporting another tumble dryer or
washing machine.
Washer and dryer stack
A Miele tumble dryer can be stacked
with the washing machine. The
appropriate “WTV” stacking kit* to
match your tumble dryer is required.
All parts marked * are available from
Miele.
Please note:
