COOK FUNCTION GUIDE
Convection
Broil
Intense heat from the upper
element, combined with the
fan to move hot air around,
equals even cooking with a
nicely browned top.
450˚F Convection broiling cooks faster
than regular broiling, so keep an
eye on food to avoid overcooking.
Toast Toasts multiple slices
of bread or bagels to
the perfect shade of
golden-brown.
450˚F If toasting one or two pieces, cen-
ter them in the middle of the rack
for best results. If bread or bagel
is frozen, thaw before toasting or
toast for a few extra minutes.
Keep Warm Heats the oven at 200°F to
gently heat already-cooked
foods. It’s ideal for reheating
leftovers without drying
them out.
200˚F If warming leftover cooked meat,
fill the broil/bake pan with 1 cup
of water and place below the food
being warmed to keep it from
drying out.
