Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio
transmitter may only operate using an antenna of
a type and maximum (or lesser) gain approved for

• Do not abuse the cord. Never use
the cord for carrying, pulling or
unplugging the power tool. Keep
cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled
cords increase the risk of electric shock.
Regulatory Notices
• Access Points MUST be professionally installed
for outdoor use. Failure to have the AP
professionally installed both initially and every
time it is repositioned outdoors is a violation of
FCC and ISED authorization for use.
• Access Points must be oriented vertically, with
the
DeWALT
logo facing directly up or directly
down, when installedoutdoors. Failure to do so
will violate FCC and ISED requirements to limit
power transmissions above 30 degrees over
thehorizon.
To comply with FCC/IC RF exposure limits for general
population/uncontrolled exposure, the antenna(s)
used for this transmitter must be installed to
provide a separation distance of at least 7.87"
(20 cm) from all persons and must not be co-located
or operated in conjunction with any other antenna
ortransmitter.
