Door Removal and Reversal Instructions (continued)
TO REMOVE FREEZER HANDLE:
(Handles may be easier to reverse wh_le doors are off )
1 Remove two screws attacfqHqghandle to bottom of freezer door
2 Sw_ng bottom of handle away from the door and slide handle straight LJp
and off of dovetatl button

Remove screw and dovetail button and _nstallon other side, usHqgthe same
holes as nameplate
Magnetic Nameplate Models: Use putty knife to gently pry magnetic nameplate
frame from door Remove nameplate from its frame, tunqframe upside down
and nstall trqold handle holes Insert magnebc nameplate nto frame
Self-Adhesive Nameplate Models: Use putty knife to gently peel off name
plate from door and reapply over old handle holes
TO ATTACH FREEZER HANDLE:
1 Start w_th handle offset away from door Plaee top of handle over dovetaTl
button, swHqghalqdle _ntoan upright posttlon alqdpull downward, IockHqgit

2 Secure bottom of handle wtth two screws removed earher

TRIM REMOVAL (FULL-LENGTH TRIM MODELS ONLY)
In some models, the refngerator door has a full length tnm p_ecewhtch continues from the bottom of the handle to the
bottom of the door The top of the tnm fits around the base of the handle An adheswe "tnm lock" _spostttoned about
halfway down The bottom of the tnnqtsheld _nplace by e_theralqadhestve tnm lock, or a tnm lock w_thtwo prongs _nserted
Into a hole on the face of the door
TO REMOVE TRIM:
1 Remove tnnqby gently pulhng tnnq lock areas out and away from door
2 When tnm tsfree from door, shde the trim stratght down and away from base of handle
NOTE: For models with short handle trH-n,remove by shd;ng tnm stra;ght down and off of handle bracket.
TO REMOVE REFRIGERATOR HANDLE:

1 Remove two screws attaching handle to top of refngerator door
2 SwHqgtop of handle away from door and shde handle down and off of
dovetatl button
3 Remove screw and dovetail button and install on other side, moving
hole plugs from corresponding holes to oppostte side
TO ATTACH REFRIGERATOR HANDLE:
1 Start wtth handle offset away from door Place bottom of handle over
doveta,I button, swing handle Into anupnght poslbon and pull upward,
Iock=ng =t_ntoplace
2 Secure top of handle wtth screws
TO ATTACH TRIM:
1 Shde both trim locks out of tnm
2 Insert new adhesive trim locks contained _nyour hterature pack
NOTE: Trim lock must be removed and tnstalled by shd_ng over the
two donut shaped areas.
3 install tnnq to handle by shd_ng under base of handle Carefully ahgn
tnnqand press down at tnm lock locations
4 Use rubbHqgalcohol to remove any adhestve restdue from old trim
lock Iocattons
