Fault Cause and troubleshooting
"E:30 / -10" and/or Note:With the error message, the appliance starts a
draining process.
1. First wait approx. 5 minutes until the drain process
ends.
2. To reset the error message, switch the appliance
off.
3. Switch the appliance back on.
4. If the error message is displayed again, call cus-
tomer service.

The detergent drawer has not been pushed in fully.
▶ Push in the detergent drawer until the symbol goes
out.
The pump unit is not inserted.
1. Insert the pump unit into the detergent drawer.

▶ If you dose manually, reduce the amount of deter-
gent for the next washing cycle with the same load.
