Using the Sound Support Functions
Congure the sound settings for your MICRO LED.
Selecting speakers
Settings Sound Sound Output Try Now
You can select which speakers the MICRO LED uses for audio output.
External speakers may not be controlled with the Samsung Smart Remote. When an external speaker is enabled, some
sound menus are not supported.
Samsung MICRO LED supports the Q-Symphony function.
This function may not be supported depending on the model.
This function works synchronized with the Samsung Soundbar that supports Q-Symphony so that your
MICRO LED speaker and Soundbar simultaneously output the sound for best surround effects.
When a Samsung Soundbar that supports Q-Symphony is connected, the menu name such as "MICRO LED +
Soundbar" appears under Sound Output ( Settings Sound Sound Output). Select the menu.
Example) MICRO LED + [AV] Soundbar series name (HDMI) or MICRO LED + Optical
It works based on the Codec supported by your MICRO LED. For more information about Codec information, refer to
"Read Before Playing Photo, Video, or Music Files."
This function is supported only when connected via HDMI or optical cable.
This function is available only in some Samsung MICRO LED and Soundbars released in 2021.
Refer to the sound bar's user manual when connecting it to the MICRO LED.
You can watch the center channel of the A/V receiver through the MICRO LED. First connect the speaker cable
between the center channel of the A/V receiver and the MICRO LED.
When the optical cable is connected between the MICRO LED and the A/V receiver, select MICRO LED +
Optical ( Settings Sound Sound Output).
When the HDMI (ARC, eARC) cable is connected between the MICRO LED and the A/V receiver, select MICRO
LED + AV Receiver (
Settings Sound Sound Output).
This feature may not be supported depending on the channel configuration of the sound source.
Maximum wattage AV receiver that can be connected to MICRO LED is 150 W with 8-ohm.
While watching the center channel of the A/V receiver through the MICRO LED, when you turn off the A/V receiver,
noise may occur. Change the Sound Output to MICRO LED Speaker, and then turn off the power.
