NOTE: If a service technician is asked to attend whilst the product is under warranty and
finds that the problem is not the result of an appliance fault, then you will be liable for the
cost of the service call.
The appliance must be accessible for the technician to perform any necessary repair. If
your appliance is installed in such a way that the technician is concerned that damage
will be caused to the appliance or your kitchen, then they will not complete a repair. This
includes situations where appliances have been tiled in or sealed in with sealant.
Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself to avoid any dangers and damages to the
appliance, contact the supplier or Customer Service.
Ducting is loose, kinked, too
long or too many bends.

been ducted correctly and in
accordance with the installation
instructions.
