12.1.2 CLEAN THE SPRAY TIP

1. Use a straight paper clip or cleaning tool (20) to
clean the spray tip.
2. Flush and clean the unwanted materials out of the
spray tip (18) with the garden hose (17).
3. Install the clean spray tip (18) back into the spray
wand (4).

12.2 ADDING LUBRICATING OIL
WARNING
This machine is a professional pressure washer. For
better and longer use, you should add lubricating oil
first after 50 hours’ use. After first oil addition, you only
need to add lubricating oil every 200 hours.
WARNING
Only use the recommended lubricating oil: S15W-40.
1. Clean the grease on crankcase.
2. Insert a funnel into the lubricating oil port (13).
3. Add the lubricating oil (240-260ml every time) into
the port.
NOTE
To clean the crankcase grease for the first time, it
is recommended to use diesel oil into the crankcase,
shake the whole machine shakes slightly, and then
pour out the diesel oil. And then add lubricating oil.

13 TRANSPORTATION AND
STORAGE
WARNING
Disconnect the power cord and watter supply hose
before transportation and storage.
13.1 MOVE THE MACHINE
Point the spray wand in a safe direction.
Only hold the machine with the handgrip.
13.2 STORE THE MACHINE
WARNING
Make sure that the spray gun, the high pressure hose
and the pump are dry.
WARNING
Make sure the machine is out of the reach of children.
NOTE
Use a recommended pump protector to prevent cold
weather damage during storage in winter.
Disconnect the garden hose from machine.
Wind the power cord and the high pressure hose.
Clean housing and the plastic components with a
moist and soft cloth.
Make sure that the machine does not have loose or
damaged parts. If it is necessary, follow these steps/
instructions:
