5. Operation
5.1 Start Up
Review the installation instructions and check the items below:
• Visual safety inspection
• Service clearances checked
• All accessories installed
Review the electrical wiring and connections and ensure they are safe, installed properly and compliant to code:
• Input power is within range of nameplate
• Circuit breaker/fuse sizes
Check proper sizing and installation (including hangers and supports) of the refrigerant piping. Check for missing panels or
other items and ensure professional appearance for the customer:
• The optional condensate drain line routed properly
Turn on the cooler via On/Off button on the home screen (home page).
Wait approximately 20 minutes for the unit to stabilize to the operating environment. Then access the Data and Graphs
screens above to observe and record the following:
• Cooling is active and compressor engages (y/n)
• Sub-cooling data
• Low pressure
• High pressure
• Evap temp
• Condensing temp
This information is helpful should there be a need for troubleshooting.
