Preheating for 5 minutes before broiling is recommended.
The size, weight, thickness, starting temperature, and your doneness preference
will affect broiling times.
This guide is based on meats at refrigerator temperature.
If you have covered the meat with aluminum foil and you let it stand covered
for 10 minutes after cooking is complete, the internal temperature increases by
5-10 °F degrees.

temperature settings. A beep will sound each time a pad on the control panel is
pressed and the entry is accepted. An error tone will sound in the form of a long
beep if the entered temperature or time is below the minimum or above the
maximum setting for the feature.
