CREATE A CUSTOM WORKOUT
Manual mode, the default mode, allows you to create a workout with
custom speed and time.
Use the remote control to begin a manual mode workout:
1. Press the Power button to turn the control panel on to Standby mode.
Manual mode is selected by default: “HR” appears on the display
window. The default time is 20 minutes.
2. Press the Time +/- buttons on the remote control to adjust the working
time from 1–20 minutes, in 1-minute increments, if desired. The default
time is 20 minutes. Your selected time is shown on the display, which
counts down as the workout progresses. The working time may be
adjusted at any time.
3. Press the Start button to begin the manual mode workout.
4. Press the Speed +/- buttons to increase or decrease the vibration
speed, from level 1–120, in increments of 1, if desired. The default
speed level is 1. The speed may be adjusted at any time during the
workout.
5. Press the Quick Toggle (Q) Button at any time in the manual mode
workout to toggle through the quick speed options, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60,
70, 80, 90, 100.
6. You may press the Pause button at any time to pause the workout
before the working time ends. Press the Start button to resume the
workout. The workout will stop automatically when the set working
time is complete.
7. Always press the Power button to turn off the control panel, flip the
power switch to the OFF position, and unplug the HexaPlate after each
use.
NOTE: You may adjust the working time and vibration speed at any time
during a manual program.
BEGIN A PRESET WORKOUT PROGRAM
In automatic mode, you may select from nine preset workout programs,
(P1–P9).
Use the remote control to begin a preset workout program:
1. Press the Power button to turn the control panel on to Standby mode.
Manual mode is selected by default and “HR” appears on the Time/
Program Display.
2. Press the Mode button to toggle through the nine preset programs in
order: P1–P9. Your selected preset program shows on the display.
3. Press the Time +/- buttons to adjust the working time from
1–20 minutes, in 1-minute increments, if desired. The default time is
20 minutes. Your selected time is shown on the display, which counts
down as the workout progresses. The working time may be adjusted at
any time.
4. Press the Start button to begin the selected preset program.
5. The vibration speed in each preset program is pre-programmed.
However, you may adjust it, as desired, during the workout:

workout to change the mode to manual mode.
