Deep Fried Squid
Ingredients
500g (20oz) squid
3 tbsp plain our
2 lemons
Pinch of salt
Method
1. Wash the squid and cut into rings.
2. Pat dry with kitchen paper and dip in the our.
3. Deep fry the squid for 9-10 minutes at 160ºC. Serve with slices of lemon and salt.
