ATTACH A GLUTEBLAST
BAND TO THE HANDLES
1. Gather one of the GluteBlast Bands (G).
2. Slide the ends of the GluteBlast Band over the two fixed handles or the
two adjustable handles. See Figure 6.

FOLDING & MOVING THE GLUTEBLAST
The GluteBlast may be folded to make it easier to store. To fold the
GluteBlast:
1. Remove the two long locking pins (D) helping secure the foot plate to
the main frame. See Figure 7.
2. Lift the foot pad up until it rests against the support cushion.
3. Store the locking pins in a safe location.
CAUTION: Only adults may fold and unfold the GluteBlast.

The GluteBlast may be quickly and easily moved when setup for normal use
(unfolded). To move the GluteBlast:
1. Grab the handle at the rear the foot plate.
2. Tilt the GluteBlast up onto the two wheels at the front near the padded
rollers. See Figure 8.
CAUTION
The GluteBlast must only
be moved by an adult.
Ensure there are no
children, pets, or objects
in your path before
moving the GluteBlast.
To unfold the GluteBlast:
1. Carefully lower the
foot plate to the
floor.
2. Re-insert the two
locking pins (D).
