This manual is for the HAVA Compact Countertop Dishwasher (Model: TDQR01).
WARNING: To reduce risk of injury, the user should read and understand this user manual
before using this dishwasher.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
DO NOT operate this appliance if parts are missing or broken.
DO NOT operate this appliance unless all parts are installed properly.
DO NOT place any heavy objects on top of the dishwasher.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use, before removing parts, or before cleaning. Allow time for
the dishwasher to cool before assembling or disassembling any parts, and before cleaning.
• To clean the inside of the dishwasher, use a soft damp cloth with mild soap, and then use a
dry cloth to dry.
DO NOT operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or if the appliance
malfunctions or is damaged in any manner.
• It is not recommended to use accessory attachments other than those provided by the
manufacturer. The use of attachments may cause injuries.
DO NOT use an extension cord or an adapter plug with this appliance.
DO NOT place on or near a gas or electric burner.
DO NOT allow the cord to hang over the edge of a table or counter, or to touch hot surfaces.
• To disconnect, turn any control to "OFF", then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! When using your dishwasher, follow basic precautions, including:
a. Read all instructions before using the dishwasher.
b. Only use the dishwasher for its intended purpose.
c. Only use recommended detergents or soaps in the dishwasher and keep them out of
reach of children.
d. When loading items to be washed:
1. Position sharp items such that they are not likely to damage the door seal.
2. Load sharp knives with the handles pointed up to reduce risk of injury.
e. Do not wash plastic items unless they are marked “dishwasher safe” or similar. For plastic
items that are not marked, check the manufacturer’s recommendations.
f. Do not touch the heating element during or immediately after use.
g. Do not tamper with the controls.
h. Do not abuse, sit on, or stand on the door or dish rack of the dishwasher.
i. To reduce risk of injury, do not allow children to play in or on the dishwasher.
j. Under certain conditions, hydrogen gas may be produced in a hot water system that has
not been used for two or more weeks. HYDROGEN GAS IS EXPLOSIVE. If the hot water
system has not been used for a while, before using the dishwasher, turn on all hot water
faucets and let the water run for several minutes. This will release any accumulated
hydrogen gas. As this gas is flammable, do not smoke or use an open flame during this
time.
k. Remove the door to the washing compartment before disposing of it.
l. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
m. HOUSEHOLD AND INDOOR USE ONLY.
n. DO NOT open the door while the appliance is running to avoid personal injury. Do not open
the door when washing. When you open the door, be sure to avoid any hot water that may
splash out.
