Problem Reason Soluton
Machine does not switch to
spinning step. (*)
There mght be unbalanced load n the machne.
• Automatc unbalanced load detecton
system mght be actvated due to the
unbalanced dstrbuton of the laundry
n the drum.
The machne wll not spn f water s not draned
completely.
• Check the flter and the dranng hose.
Excessve foam mght have occurred and
automatc foam absorpton system mght have
been actvated due to too much detergent usage.
• Use recommended amount of
detergent.
Washing performance is
poor: Laundry turns gray.

over a long perod of tme.
• Use the recommended amount of
detergent approprate for water
hardness and the laundry.
Washng was made at low temperatures for a
long tme.
• Select the proper temperature for the
laundry to be washed.

Odours and bactera layers are formed on the
drum as a result of contnuous washng at lower
temperatures and/or n short programmes.
• Leave the detergent drawer as well
as the loadng door of the machne
ajar after each washng. Thus, a humd
envronment favorable for bactera
cannot occur n the machne.
