Washng Machne / User Manual
Problem Reason Soluton
No water can be seen in the
machine during washing.
The water level s not vsble from outsde of the
washng machne.
• Ths s not a falure.
Loading door cannot be
opened.
Door lock s actvated because of the water level
n the machne.
• Dran the water by runnng the Pump
or Spn programme.
Machne s heatng up the water or t s at the
spnnng cycle.
• Wat untl the programme completes.
Chld lock s engaged. Door lock wll be deactvated
a couple of mnutes after the programme has
come to an end.
• Wat for a couple of mnutes for
deactvaton of the door lock.
Loadng door may be stuck because of the
pressure t s subjected to.
• Grab the handle and push and pull the
loadng door to release and open t.
Washing takes longer
time than specified in the
manual.(*)
Water pressure s low.
• Machne wats untl takng n adequate
amount of water to prevent poor
washng qualty due to the decreased
amount of water. Therefore, the
washng tme extends.
Voltage mght be low.
• Washng tme s prolonged to avod
poor washng results when the supply
voltage s low.
Input temperature of water mght be low.
• Requred tme to heat up the water
extends n cold seasons. Also, washng
tme can be lengthened to avod poor
washng results.
Number of rnses and/or amount of rnse water
mght have ncreased.
• Machne ncreases the amount of
rnse water when good rnsng s
needed and adds an extra rnsng step
f necessary.
Excessve foam mght have occurred and
automatc foam absorpton system mght have
been actvated due to too much detergent usage.
• Use recommended amount of
detergent.
Programme time does not
countdown. (On models with
