Operating Instructions
AFTER SELECTING PRESSURE
1. The PRESSURE button is used in combination with the Menu buttons.
2. The default working pressure is High pressure. The “PRESSURE” button toggles
the pressure setting between “High Pressure 7.2~9.5 psi (50~65 kPa) and “Low
Pressure” 4.3~6.6 psi (30~45 kPa) for the pressure cooking functions.
3. Using Rice as an example, rst press the Rice button and set the pressure
cooking time, the Rice indicator and High Pressure indicator will blink, press the
PRESSURE button once, the Low Pressure indicator will light up and blink.
4. The Indicator will blink ve times and the unit will begin heating.
AUTOMATIC KEEP WARM FEATURE
When cooking has completed (except when using the Yogurt function), the
pressure cooker will beep and automatically switch to the Keep Warm function.
The Keep Warm indicator light will illuminate and the display will show “bb.”
NOTE: The Keep Warm setting should not be used for more than 4 hours. The
quality and texture of food will begin to change after 1 hour on Keep Warm. Some
condensation in the upper ring is normal. To set the cooker to Keep Warm, press
and hold the Warm button until the display shows “bb.”
TO RESET OR CANCEL
You can reset or cancel any function at any time by pressing the Keep Warm/
Cancel button until the display shows “00 00”.
