#1 Can this be kept on charge when not in use with no damage to the unit?

Beta01 car jump starter has a protective function, once it is fully charged, it will automatically stop charging. Also, if jump starter is not in use, please charge the product every three months to prolong its service life.

#2 Can I use a 100 w usb-c PD rapid charger to charge the jump starter?

Yes! You can use it to charge the jump starter. It will be fully charged faster.
