Argon Gas Supply (sold separately)
The pressure of the food grade argon gas is used for the
operation of the dispensing and preservation system.
The Wine Dispenser must be supplied with food grade argon gas
with a degree of purity of at least 99.5%.
The argon gas canister must be placed in a safe, well-ventilated
area.
1. Use the gas regulator that comes with the wine dispenser.
2. Insert the top of the gas canister into the bottom of the gas
regulator and turn it clockwise, by hand, until it is tight.
Do not use a wrench or over tighten.
3. Connect the gas supply line from the Wine Dispenser to the
outlet connection on the regulator. Make sure the line is not
twisted or obstructed.
4. Completely open the regulator valve and outlet valve.
To avoid personal injury, only use the included gas regulator or
a Dacor speci ed replacement.
• Before carrying out any operation, make sure that the argon
canister is closed by the regulator valve.
• If any parts are worn they should be replaced, please use
only original spare parts.
• Do not use any materials not authorized by the
manufacturer.
