• Cleaning
- When cleaning, unplug the power cord and wipe gently with a soft/
dry cloth. Do not spray water or other liquids directly on the TV. Do
not clean your TV with chemicals including glass cleaner, any type of
air freshener, insecticide, lubricants, wax (car, industrial), abrasive,
thinner, benzene, alcohol etc., which can damage the product and/
or its panel. Otherwise, this may result in electric shock or product
damage.
• If foreign substances come into contact with the fabric on the front side
of the product, wipe them off immediately with a clean wet tissue or
cloth. If not cleaned immediately, it may leave a stain.
• Due to the nature of the fabric, stains may remain, depending on the
type of foreign substance.
• Take care as pets or sharp objects may damage the fabric part.
Installation
Lifting and moving the TV
Please note the following advice to prevent the TV from being scratched or
damaged and for safe transportation regardless of its type and size.
• It is recommended to move the TV in the box or packing material that
the TV originally came in.
• Before moving or lifting the TV, disconnect the power cord and all cables.
• When holding the TV, the screen should face away from you to avoid
damage.
• Hold the top and bottom of the TV frame firmly. Make sure not to hold
the transparent part, speaker, or speaker grill area.
• Support the sides of the TV frame, and hold the back centre frame firmly.
Make sure not to hold the front cover.
• When transporting a large TV, there should be at least 2 people.
• When transporting the TV, do not expose the TV to jolts or excessive
vibration.
• When transporting the TV, keep the TV upright, never turn the TV on its
side or tilt towards the left or right.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to cause flexing / bending of frame
chassis as it may damage screen.
• When handling the TV, be careful not to damage the protruding buttons.
• Avoid touching the screen at all times, as this may result in damage to
the screen.
• When attaching the wall mounting bracket to the TV set, place the
screen facing down on a cushioned table or flat surface to protect the
screen from scratches.
Mounting by fixing to the wall
The TV can be mounted horizontally on the wall, as shown in the figure.
• To install the bracket, make sure the wall is made of material that
can withstand the weight of the TV, such as concrete, natural rock, or
masonry bricks.
• When installing the TV on other building materials, consult a
professional installer before installing.
• When installing the wall fixing bracket, the TV may not be in close
contact with the wall, depending on the condition of the wall.
• For cables at the bottom of the set, cable management can be used to
organise the cables on both sides, as shown in the example figure.
• For smooth connection with external devices, connect the cable at the
rear before fixing the TV to the wall before installing.
• When connecting additional cables, it is recommended to hold the lower
centre part of the TV and pull it, and then secure enough distance from
the wall before connecting.
• When connecting using a bracket for external devices, it is recommended
to connect the TV after lowering it from the part where the wall is fixed.
• Leave sufficient space around the product so that the ventilation vents of
the TV are not blocked.
