Wi-Fi Connectivity
This device requires a 2.4 GHz wireless connection with network
speeds of 2 Mbps or greater at the location the device will be
installed. Your internet service provider can verify the quality of your
internet connection.
If your network equipment supports both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz bands,
we recommend that the bands are separated so each have their own
Network Name (SSID) and Password (Network Key). Please refer to
your wireless router documentation on how to do this.
