Cooking Instructions
CONVECTION BAKING GUIDE
Always use the short rack for convection baking. Remove all racks
from the oven when microwavmg.
Personal preference to obtain proper temperature or because of the
different sizes and densities of various foods
-All dishes used must be Heat/Microwave safe
- Preheat oven for all convection baking
- If you are baking items other than the ones listed below reduce
temperature by 25°F.
Use a round metal pizza pan as a "cookie sheet".

400_'F for 10-12 rain
400°F for 14-18 rain
Pan : Glass or metal loaf pan
Temperature : 350 "F
Time 45-55 mln.
Place unwrapped pizza on
lower rack.
Let s_t H1pan for t0 - 15
m_nutes before removing
Place on cooling rack
after removing.
BISCUITS/ Pan : 9" round or metal Grease pan.
CINNAMON BUN p_zza pan Remove from can and serve
Temperature : 375 "F warm.
Time : 10-t2 mln.
CAKE
ANGEL FOOD Pan : Metal tube pan
Temperature : 325_'F
Time : 3540 rain
Do not grease pan.
Hang upside down (on
narrow necked bottle_ for 1
1/2 hours [o cool before
removing from pan.
BUNDT
LAYER
Pan : 12 cup Bundt pan
Temperature : 350°F
Time : 4045 min.
Pan : 8" round or square
Temperature : 350 'F
Time : 45-50 min.
Grease pan.
Remove from pan after 10-
15 minutes standing time.
Grease pan.
Cake is done when
toothpick comes out clean
Let sit H1pan for 10 - 15
minutes before removing
Place on cooking
rack after removing.
COOKIES
CHOCOLATE Pan :Round 10inch pizza - Place dough onto greased

Temperature :350"F Done when toothpick comes
Time : 22-27 rain. out clean.
PIES(frozen) Temperature :375_F Remove from oven when
Time : 65-70 rain. filling is set and crust
browned.
BROWNIES Pan : 11X7X1,5 glass dish -Grease Pan
TemPerature :325_F - Let brownies cool before
Time : 4045 rain. cutting and serving
