Troubleshooting Steps
• Ensure that the dirty water tank is emptied regularly and the max fill mark not exceeded
• Ensure surfaces are vacuumed/swept before the product is used
• Ensure the main unit is fully charged before each use.
• Product is not designed to vacuum up dirt & debris. Surfaces should be swept or vacuumed before this
product is used
• Ensure that the charger is fully inserted into the main unit during the charging process
• Using the product when the max fill mark has been exceeded, this can cause the product to lose
suction.
