frequendy to preventgrease from accumu-
latingon hood or filter. When flamingfoods
under the hood turn the fan on.
NEVER wear garments made of flam-
mable material or loose fitting or long-
sleeved apparel while cooking. Clothing
may ignite or catch utensil handles.

coN<top should break, cleaning solutions

that are heavy to move when filled with
food may also be hazardous.
Be sure utensil is large enoughto properly
contain food and avoid boi[overs. Pansize
is particularly important in deep fat frying.
