The blind hem stitch can be neatly done on most knit fabrics.

(Remove the needle on the left.)
Differential feed ratio: 1.0
Stitch length: 3
Right needle thread tension (Blue): 1 to 3
Upper looper thread tension (Red): 1 to 3
Lower looper thread tension (Green): 1 to 3
Lower looper pre-tension setting slider:STD
Needle plate setting knob: S
Thread:
Needle: Transparent thread
Upper & lower loopers: Fine thread
(size 80 to 100)
Method
Fold the fabric as illustrated.

Hem bottom
1/4" (0.6 cm) lip
Hem line
Position hem line under the presser foot so that the
needle will only pierce the edge of the fold. The
remainder of the lip will automatically be trimmed.
