Method
Serge the sides of the skirt pieces from bottom to waist.
Sew the pieces together using a conventional sewing
machine.
Serge the bottom edge of the skirt. You can gather it
evenly and easily. Hem the bottom of the skirt using a
conventional sewing machine.
