IntervalPrograms
Therearefourintervalprogramsinsidethiscategoryforthepurposeofcardioconditiontraining. Each
programcomeswithasetofworkintervals
andasetofrestintervals.Itisdesignedto
trainyourcardioconditionduringwork
intervalsandthenrest&recoverduringrest
intervals.Theworkintervalsareconnected,
sowhenyouadjusttheworkintervalsetting,
itwillapplytoalltheremainingwork
intervals;sameasrestintervals.These
programswillstartwith3-minuteWarmUp
period.
● Incline&SpeedIntervals:Impliedbythenames,oneiswithpresetinclineintervalsandtheother
oneiswithpresetspeedintervals.Youmaysetmaxinclineormaxspeedrespectively.
● CustomHIIT(High-IntensityInterval
Training):Thisprogramisdesignedto
runataveryhighspeedinaveryshort
period.Thereare4intervalworkvs.rest
timeratiosfromwhichtochoose.For
example,10:30meaning10secondsof
workand30secondsofrest.Youwillthen
repeatthisintervalwithyourpreset
repetitiontimes.
