In this section, there are 2 program categories available: Programs (programs with predened speed
and incline changing proles) and Templates (regular programs, saved with your personal adjustments).
Tap on the category names to switch between them.
To get more info on each program, tap on the program preview. In this view you can scroll to the side
to see all the program descriptions of the selected category. Press CHOOSE to select and adjust a
program.
