This setting prevents bad odours from dirty dishes left
in the dishwasher. Activate the setting before starting
a dishwashing program. The fan and ioniser are activat-
ed at intervals for 72 hours. The text ION is shown on
the display when this function is active.

Do not use this setting in confined spaces with inade-
quate ventilation.
TIP!
If you want to deactivate the ION setting to start a
program, open the door, then press and hold the main
power switch until the display turns off. Restart the
dishwasher.
