Most cooking problems often are caused by little things you can find and fix without tools of any
kind. Check the lists below and on the next page before calling for assistance or service. If you

Problem Cause
Nothing works. ® The power supply cord is not plugged into a grounded 3 prong outlet.

o The oven door is not closed completely.
o You have set the controls as a kitchen timer. Touch OFF/CANCEL to cancel
the Kitchen Timer.
