Error code Cause Solution
112 Aha Phone App error Timeout 1) Check the network signal. (→P.43)
If possible, move the vehicle to an area where the signal may be
better and communication is possible.
2) Attempt the update again. (→P.208)
3) If the update cannot be performed, perform the following
procedure:
Turn the ignition switch to the “LOCK”/“OFF” position → Open the
driver’s side door → Close the door → Wait for 3 minutes or more →
Start the engine.
4) Attempt the update again. (→P.208)
5) If the update cannot be performed, update the map data using a
USB memory device or Wi-Fi network. (→P.206, 207)
6) Repeat “STEP 3”.
7) If the update cannot be completed successfully, contact your
SUBARU dealer.

114 Not enough space on phone
Free up su󰀩cient space on the smartphone and attempt to download
the map update data again (→P.208), or update the map data using
a USB memory device or Wi-Fi network. (→P.206, 207)
Then, perform the following procedure:
Turn the ignition switch to the “LOCK”/“OFF” position → Open the
driver’s side door → Close the door → Wait for 3 minutes or more →
Start the engine.

Reached data restriction on the mobile phone.
The connected smartphone has exceeded it’s data plan limit.
Update the map data using a USB memory device or Wi-Fi network.
