A3 Clean moisture sensor
Possible cause Solution
• Moisture sensor is dirty or
wet.
► Clean the moisture sensor and then wipe
dry.
► Cancel the error message by pressing the
button.
► Start the programme.
► If the error appears again, note down the er-
ror message in full and the serial number
(FN) and then turn off the power supply.
► Call Customer Services.

• The following parts in the

blocked:
– Door filter
– Door mat
– Front mat
► Check and, if necessary, clean the parts.
► Cancel the error message by pressing the
button.
► Start the programme.
