7 Drying
The indicator lights for the programme buttons flash.
If no programme selection is made within 20 seconds, all the displays go out.
However, it is still possible to make a programme selection.
7.3 Selecting a programme
«Press and go»
An automatic programme can be selected with the press of a single button. All
the necessary settings for the programme are provided automatically.
Additional functions can be selected or deselected by pressing the corres-
ponding button.
If no other button is pressed within the next 20 seconds, the programme se-
lected starts automatically.
Use the 'Programme overview' to determine which programme is the
most suitable for your washing.
Duration remaining indicator
During programme selection, the expected duration of a programme is shown.
This corresponds to a load containing similar wash items with a defined
weight.
Load determination occurs after the programme start:
– In the display appears:

– The letter «h» flashes: the expected duration remaining is calculated
and then displayed.
Depending on fabric type, the actual running time may differ from the
duration shown. The duration remaining shown – especially towards
the end of the programme – can freeze for several minutes. During
this period, the letter «h» flashes and the duration remaining is recal-
culated.
– The letter «h» flashes again and in the
display appears:

– This alternates with the level of dryness achieved.
– The time remaining is recalculated and then displayed.
