PROBLEM
Blade is difficultto raise.

CAUSE
Liftmechanism isbinding
Handle tube is bindingon lift rod.
Lock mechanism is out of adjustment
and is not disengaging.
CORRECTION
Lubricate pivot points as shown in
figure 21 on page 11.
