KEYPAD FEATURE INSTRUCTIONS
CONVECT Convection 1. Press CONVECT once to select convection baking, twice for convection roasting, or 3 times
cooking for convection broiling.
2. Pressthe number keypadsto set atemperature otherthan 350°F(177°C) nh° ncrements
between 1707F and 500°E (77°C and 260°C).
3' Press START. Auto €onversion Wi!l reduce the temperature bY 250F (i5°c)I
To change the temperature, iepeat steps I and 2i Press START or Wait 5 seconds foi the
change to take effect.
5. Press CANCEL When finished. .......
KEEP WARM Hold warm Food must be at serving temperature before placing it in the warmed oven.
1. Press KEEP WARM.
2. Set temperature between 145°F (63°C) and 190°F (88°C) using the number keypads. The
default temperature is 170°F (75°C).
3. Press START.
4. Press CANCEL when finished.
START Delayed Start The START TIME keypad is uSed to enter the starting time for an oven function with a delayed
start,
COOK TIME Timed cooking Timed Cooking allows the oven to be set to turn on at a certain time of day, cook for a set length
of time, and/or shut off automatically. Delay start should not be used for foods such as breads
and cakes because they may not bake properly.
To set a Timed Cook or a Delayed Timed Cook, see "Cook Time" section.
RAPID Rapid oven Provides the fastest pieheat time for the BAKE function:
PREHEAT preheating 1' Press RAPID PREHEAT.
2. Press the numbei keypads in response to the scrolling text to enter the Bake temperaturel
3. Press START.
A reminder tone Will Sound When the preheat temperature is reached. P!ace fo0d inside the
oven.
NOTE" This feature should on y be used for one-rack baking. Unused racks should be removed
prior to Rap!d Preheat. A standard rack should be used for Rapid Preheat.
If preheating for the Bake cycle has already started, Rapid Preheat may be started directly by
pressing RAPID PREH EAT.
WARM ZONE Warming zone Press WARM ZONE ON to select the warming element on the cooktop, then press START.
ON/OFF Press WARM ZONE OFF to turn off the warming element.
