Make sure electrical plug is plugged into a live power outlet.

Tlle coulbtlsfion quality of burner flames needs to be determined
visually.
A. Yellow flames: Callfor
service.
B.Yellowtips onouter cones:
Normalfor LP gas.
C. Soft blueflames: Normal
for natural gas.
If burner flames look like (A), call fin service. Normal burner flames
should look like (B) or (C), depending on the type of gas. With LP
gas, some yellow tipping on outer cones is normal.
If cooktop is connected to LP gas, contact tile person who installed
your cooktop or made tile conversion.
When tlle knob is at tlle OFF position, it must be pushed
down before it can be turned, and it can only be turned in a
counterclockwise direction. When tile knob is at any other
position, it can be turned in either direction without being
pushed in.
* Food spillovers not cleaned before tile next use. See the (;hiss

* Hot cooktop came into contact with plastic placed on tlle hot

*A hot sugar mixture was spilled on tile cooktop. Call a qualified
technician for replacement.
