Pumphas following problems:
failure to producepressure,
erratic pressure, chattering,loss
of pressure, low water volume.
1. Low pressure nozzle installed.
2. Water inlet is blocked.
3. Inadequatewater supply.
4. Inlet hose is kinked or leaking.
5. Clogged inlet hose strainer.
6. Water supply is over IO0°F.
7. High pressure hose is blocked or
leaks.
8. Gun leaks.
9. Nozzleis obstructed.
10. Pump is faulty.
1. Replacewith high pressure nozzle.
2. Clearinlet.
3. Provide adequatewater flow.
4. Straighten inlet hose, patch leak.
5. Checkand clean inlet hose strainer.
6. Provide cooler water supply.
7. Clearblocks in high pressure hose or
replace hose.
8. Replacegun.
9. Cleannozzle.
10. Contact Sears service facility.
Detergentfails to mix with spray. High pressure nozzle installed. Replacewith low pressure nozzle.
Engine runs good at no-load but Enginespeed is too slow. Movethrottle control to FASTposition. If
engine still "bogs down", contact Sears
"hogs" when load is added, service facility.

service facility.
Engine shuts down during Out of fuel. Fill fuel tank.
